Summary

The Quality Improvement Education - Silver Level Course is a comprehensive program designed to help participants identify quality gaps and apply effective tools and methods to address deficiencies. This course emphasizes the importance of quality improvement in healthcare, encouraging attendees to integrate these practices into their daily routines. Participants learn how to measure quality, prioritize improvement opportunities, and develop problem-solving skills.

The Silver level course builds upon the Bronze level course, teaching the application of quality improvement tools and methods to identify and resolve quality gaps. Participants at all organizational levels learn how to measure quality in order to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and gain knowledge and skills to become problem solvers.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants are prepared to become active members of quality improvement project teams. This instructor-led course is offered in a virtual mode (Zoom) of two, 4.5-hour segments. Training is offered per attendee with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 35 attendees per class.

The Bronze level course is a highly recommended prerequisite to complete prior to registering for this Silver level course.
