Throughout the course, you are introduced to a quality improvement framework, methods, and tools to improve the quality experience. This course breaks down these components and provides opportunities to apply the improvement framework to close the quality gaps to improve clinical outcomes, safety and the overall patient experience. 

This course takes approximately 90 minutes to complete (70 minutes for lessons, 20 minutes for quiz). The course is asynchronous and learners can complete the content at their own pace. Group training options and organizational licenses are available.
