How do I enroll a group in a course?

Follow these instructions to place a group order and assign learners to a course.

If you have already placed a group order and need to assign learners to a course, follow these instructions.

If you are using the CSV upload option and would like a CSV file template, please contact mcexeced@mayo.edu.

Payment

How do I use a coupon code?

You can enter a coupon code after a course has been added to the shopping cart. Enter the coupon code in the Coupon Code field and click the Recalculate button. If the coupon code is valid, the price will reduce. Contact mcexeced@mayo.edu with questions.

I am a Mayo employee. Can I pay using my department's internal account?

Please contact mcexeced@mayo.edu to pay with your department's internal account.

Receipts and Course Access

How do I access courses I've purchased?

To access purchased courses, login to the site by selecting Login in the top navigation. After you have logged in, hover over My Account in the top navigation menu and select Go to courses.

Alternatively, you will receive a confirmation email upon purchase. The confirmation email includes a link to access the course(s).

I have been invited to enroll in a course. How do I accept the invitation?

Follow these instructions to accept the invitation.

How do I access and print my receipt?

To access and print your receipt, login to the site by selecting Login in the top navigation. Enter your username and password. After you have logged in, hover over My Account in the top navigation menu and select Orders and Enrollments. Select Go to order history. Select your order by clicking on the order number. To print, select Print Order Details.
