This course is designed for healthcare administrators, physicians, nurses and other clinical leaders looking to advance their institutional and personal leadership skills. Course content is relevant for all healthcare leadership positions.

	Dr. Sandhya Pruthi, Course Director Dr. Sandhya Pruthi is the Medical Director for the Division of Health Education and Content Services and serves as the Chief Medical Editor for MayoClinic.org website as well as Associate Dean in MCSCPD.  Dr. Pruthi’s research and clinical expertise are in breast cancer prevention and management of women at increased risk for breast cancer, hereditary breast, and ovarian cancer risk, and providing pre-operative counseling.
	Karen Mellum, PhD, SPHR- Course Director Karen Mellum is Director of Programs, Mayo Clinic Human Resources and provides talent management and development through executive coaching, succession planning and leadership assessment to identify and build Mayo Clinic’s leadership pipeline. She has consulted and coached executive and senior leaders for over 20 years on best practices in leadership, assisting them in accelerating their performance.
	Mary Ann Djonne, M.Ed., Planning Committee Mary Ann Djonne is a senior advisor and executive coach in Workforce Learning at Mayo Clinic, holding the academic rank of Assistant Professor of Medical Education. She also serves as faculty at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. She has served in various education and management roles since joining Mayo Clinic in 1992. Previously, she practiced clinical dietetics for 18 years.
	Jill Nagel, MBA, Planning Committee Jill is a leader in quality and safety with a 29-year tenure at Mayo Clinic, where she currently serves on the Mayo Clinic Hospital-Rochester administrative team. She has experience as a senior technologist in the Research Shield, a physician assistant in outpatient and hospital care environments, and served as a Vice Chair in Mayo Clinic Quality.
	Alexander Niven, MD, Planning Committee Dr. Alexander S. Niven is a Consultant in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at Mayo Clinic and Professor of Medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. He is the Education Chair for his Division and the Critical Care Independent Multispeciality Practice, the Enterprise Co-Director of the Mayo Clinic Academy for Educational Excellence and a co-director for the CERTAIN program since 2016.
	Amy Oxentenko, MD, Planning Committee Dr. Amy Oxentenko is a Professor of Medicine and Vice Dean of Mayo Clinic Practice and the Vice Chair for Mayo’s People & Culture Committee. She has been the recipient of Mayo’s Department of IM Distinguished Contributions to Medical Education Award, Mayo Clinic School of GME Program Director of the Year Award, Minnesota’s ACP Laureate Award and was awarded the Mayo Clinic Distinguished Educator Award.
